During this time, we are offering Minimal Contact Drop-Off for service appointments. Due to COVID-19, we want to ensure that we are taking every safety precaution possible at our dealership. This is why we have implemented a Minimal Contact Drop-Off process at our service department. See below for the steps for the Minimal Contact Drop-Off process.
Schedule a service appointment using our online service scheduler or via phone at (631)-498-8713.
Arrive at the service department 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that our service representatives can greet you and gather some necessary information from you. Please remain in your vehicle during this time.
A service representative will then take your information inside and call your cell phone to complete the drop off process.
Once mobile check-in is complete, please leave your vehicle in the specified drop-off location. Make sure your vehicle is turned off and place the keys on the driver's seat.
We will contact you when your vehicle is ready for pick-up and payments will be taken care of at time of pick-up.
When you arrive to pick up your vehicle, give us a call from outside and we will direct you from there.
